Chapman Child Development Center

Established January 1994

Chapman Child Development Center was established to provide high quality, developmentally appropriate child care for children of teen parents and employees of the Covington Independent Public Schools.

Chapman Child Development Center voluntarily participates in the Kentucky STARS for KIDS Now Quality Rating.  The center currently holds a Three-Star Rating.  The center also holds a national accreditation through The Association of Early Learning Leaders.

As of January 4, 2016 Chapman Child Development Center has formed a partnership with NKCAC Early Head Start.  This partnership is a positive step to provide more services along with the continuing high quality care to the children we serve.
