Holmes High School sophomore, Alaria Long, spoke to the Commissioner of Education at the Town Hall Meeting at NKU on Monday, April 25. Alaria spoke on "How do we measure school success?"
This was her response:
"We should measure school success not only by test scores but by the relationships between students and teachers and how that is growing. Without a firm understanding of students and teachers working together, nothing will be accomplished. This could be measured by advisers coming in classrooms and watching how teachers manage and get along with their students."
Good job Alaria!
