23rd Annual Tom Ellis Golf Classic

$100 per golfer, $25 for meal only
The TEAM Foundation proudly announces the 23rd Annual Tom Ellis Golf Classic on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Kenton County Golf – Willows Course. This is a 4-person scramble with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. Get your foursome registered and prepaid before all of the seats are taken.
The cost is $100 per player which includes cart, golf, 2 drink tickets, and dinner after play.
There are several payment options: check (mailed to TEAM Foundation, PO Box 12132, Covington, KY 41011), Venmo (Tom Ellis Athletic Foundation@TEAM-2022), or through the TEAM Foundation website (www.teamcov.com). Please complete the registration form for your team and return it with your payment as soon as possible. If you want to play but do not have a foursome, send in your individual form, along with payment, and we will assign you to a team.
Remember that all male teams, all female teams, mixed couple teams and/or friends are welcome to participate; you do not have to be an alumnus in order to play.
If you are not a golfer, or cannot play this year, but you want to support the golf outing, please consider being a Bulldog Champion, a Bulldog All Star, or a Bulldog Hole Sponsor. You may also consider donating merchandise for our raffle. If you have been a sponsor in the past, we appreciate your support and hope that you will again support our outing. The TEAM Foundation is a 501(c)3 and all donations are greatly appreciated.
