Alvin Garrison receiving award

We are proud to celebrate three individuals who received awards at the Northern Kentucky Education Council's Excellence in Education Celebration on Tuesday.

Superintendent Alvin Garrison received the 2026 Education Legacy Award, which honors superintendents who have dedicated their professional careers to student success, made a lasting impact through the implementation of innovative programs and services, and developed long-lasting relationships with faculty, staff, students and families in the communities they serve.

Glenn O. Swing's Rachael Crawford received the One to One Distinguished Service Award for her work as a reading interventionist and her dedication to supporting the council's One to One programs and student literacy.

Holmes High School senior Gabriel Gross received the Career and Technical All-Star Award for his outstanding work and success in the Holmes welding program.

Congratulations to all!
